…once upon a time in Cape Coast!


The Mini Sexual Reproductive Health Youth Camp was organized and hosted by the Cape Coast branch of Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana’s youth wing Youth Action Movement (YAM), which started on 1st February officially ended on the 3rd of February.  The main objective of the camp was to offer community service to one of the communities in cape coast, Brabedzi- the last community in Cape Coast before Jukwa. The community was ready to host the team offer their Reproductive Health service; information sharing, one-on-one discussion on Reproductive Health Issues, with emphasis on Family Planning and Contraception, HIV & AIDS,  Hepatitis B.

In an interview with Michael Tagoe (Project Officer, PPAG) he mentioned  the  mini youth camp was the first of its kind, and that in the past it was in a form of a congress which brought together only chairpersons from YAM branches across the country.
