“VOF World: Spreading the Voices of Tomorrow”

11 Apr

“VOF World is a project designed to communicate the rights of young people around
the world. An emerging project with a big goal ahead. “

The VOF World project was created by James Alcime in Haiti. James is a prominent young man determined to help his community. Inspired by the One Young World global summit , the premier global forum for young people of leadership calibre in 2010 presented in Europe (www.oneyoungworld.com ) , James and his colleague Stephane Lacroix, co-founders of VOF World, decided to create a project that would express the needs and wants often ignored of young people everywhere. From this emerged VOF World, James’s blueprint for tomorrow. VOF World is a media platform and portal with the aim of engaging young people in generating ideas and solutions around current and future issues of population like climate change, urban planning, quality of life, global business, and health. VOF World provides a news portal to all those issues covered, as well as allowing the youth a platform to publicize or develop their own opinions.

On April 10, VOF World celebrated its “100 days celebration”. This commemorated 100 days of hard work, new members, and new partnerships. For that a short documentary was released on April 10, with the participation of great advisers and representatives from more than 20 countries around the world and staff members. The short video will be available through the VOF World portal www.vofworld.com and the VOF World YouTube channel www.youtube.com/vofworld.

Every day VOF World works harder to make this project more effective in the lives of the world’s youth. The VOF World co-founder James Alcime always said: “We are the very unique generation that can change the world and built a better future’’. If you believe in it, join
us and let’s do it. To learn more about VOF World and what we do, visit www.vofworld.com.
